At Eurosort, you will join an informal organization where everyone can be themselves. Communication lines are short, colleagues help each other, and ownership is valued. Do you have an idea to improve something? You’ll have the freedom to make it happen. At the same time, you coach and guide your team, helping them grow in technical expertise and independence.

Salary between €5000 - €6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week), Depending on knowledge and experience
A challenging role with significant responsibility within an international, fast-growing organization
Performance-based bonus scheme up to 150% of your gross monthly salary
30 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment)
Plenty of opportunities for personal and technical development

Work on unique, high-tech machine engineering projects
A close-knit engineering team with short lines of communication and an informal work atmosphere
What you will do
As Lead Electrical Engineer, you are the technical lead of the Electrical Engineering team. You serve as the main point of contact for project managers, Project Lead Engineers, and other departments, ensuring that project execution and other activities run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
In addition to your daily technical responsibilities, you coordinate and guide the team: motivating, supporting, and developing employees according to their individual needs. You mentor junior engineers to help them become independent and confident in their work. Senior engineers receive challenging projects and opportunities to deepen and expand their expertise.
You are hands-on and involved in day-to-day project execution, from designing electrical schematics to reviewing designs and commissioning systems. At the same time, you maintain oversight to ensure deadlines, quality requirements, and internal standards are consistently met.
A key part of your role is continuously improving everything within the department. You analyze and optimize processes, workflows, and practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration. You foster a culture of learning and improvement, focusing on both individual development and team results.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and motivating the Electrical Engineering team
Planning and allocating resources for projects and monitoring progress
Managing the HR cycle: one-on-one meetings, setting objectives, and performance reviews
Ensuring technical quality and approving schematics and designs
Actively contributing to projects, including designing in EPLAN or See Electrical
Supporting other departments, such as procurement, production, and on-site installation
Conducting inspections at external suppliers and supervising system commissioning
Participating in go-ahead meetings and project planning
Continuously improving processes, workflows, and internal practices
Developing new technologies and solutions for our machines
With your leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills, you ensure that the Electrical Engineering team not only delivers projects successfully but also grows in knowledge, independence, and motivation.
