Job description

As an Electrical Installation Coordinator at EuroSort, you are responsible for coordinating installation projects on-site, from preparation to completion. You will work closely with the Electrical Engineer and Project Manager to ensure installations are completed according to the schedule and agreements. You handle the preparation, including gathering necessary information and arranging for the right technicians. During the installation phase, you monitor progress and act as the daily point of contact for technicians and installation supervisors. Additionally, you will visit project sites both domestically and internationally, and continuously work on process optimization to improve efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating installations on-site, including preparation, execution, and delivery

  • Preparing installation plans, checking deliveries, and organizing technicians through staffing agencies

  • Leading technicians and installation supervisors, providing technical support

  • Visiting project sites in the Netherlands and abroad to monitor progress

  • Conducting quality checks during project handover and preparing detailed reports

  • Optimizing work processes and collaborating with other departments within the Projects team

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking

  • Expertise gained through specialized education (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation) or work experience in machine construction

  • Good at planning, organizing, and setting priorities

  • Able to work both independently and in a team

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing

  • Independent, solution-oriented, responsible, initiative-taking and good adaptability
