Job description

As a Product Engineer at EuroSort, you are responsible for managing and developing our EuroSort standards and product portfolio. You ensure that our products consistently meet the highest quality requirements and accurately implement changes in our systems. Additionally, you serve as the point of contact for internal communication and training when there are updates to products or processes. You collaborate closely with various departments, including Quality, R&D, Sales, and Operations, to ensure everything runs smoothly.


Your role is diverse: from managing product and process documentation to creating 3D models and technical drawings. You actively participate in building prototypes and test setups in our test center. You also document technical knowledge in SharePoint and implement changes in our ERP and PDM systems. Furthermore, you contribute to process improvements and ensure that everyone in the organization stays informed about the latest developments through Technical Bulletins.


As a Product Engineer, you play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of our products and processes, aiming to elevate efficiency and quality to a higher level.

Job requirements

  • MBO/HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with 3D modeling, technical drawings, and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of Inventor, VAULT, ERP, and PDM systems (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with quality control and process improvements.
  • Driver’s license (B) and own transportation.
  • Affinity for knowledge sharing and internal communication.
