Job description
As a Senior Recruiter at EuroSort, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job intake to contract offer. In collaboration with Hiring Managers, you discuss open positions and identify exactly what they are looking for, as well as the responsibilities and tasks associated with the role. Based on this intake, you create a detailed job profile.
You approach (passive) job seekers through personalized InMails, phone calls, and LinkedIn Recruiter Seat. Additionally, you devise other strategies to engage the target audience, such as attending job fairs and placing advertisements.
You are the first point of contact for applicants and select potential candidates based on their personality and competencies. During introductory interviews, you provide information about the organization and the specific role being applied for. Throughout the selection process, you continually refine and adjust the Hiring Manager’s requirements. You advise the Hiring Managers and ensure clear expectation management regarding possibilities.
When you find a suitable candidate, you negotiate employment terms and arrange for the contract to be drafted. As a Senior Recruiter, you are responsible not only for recruiting operational roles but also for HBO+ level positions. Additionally, you play a crucial role in enhancing Employer Branding and Talent Pooling.
You work closely with the HR Advisors and report to the HR Manager.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s level education, with specialization in HR
At least 7 years of relevant work experience
Affinity with technology and strong networking skills
Enthusiastic, strong communicator, and organizationally sensitive
Excellent communication skills and a coaching advisory style.
