Job description
As a Support Software Engineer, you’re the technical point of contact for our customers when it comes to IT software. You’re responsible for following up on, resolving, and coordinating changes and issues related to our sorting systems. Whether it’s a malfunction, an update, or a customer who just forgot which button to press — you’ve got it covered. You do this remotely or on-site, both within the Netherlands and abroad.
You carry out updates, upgrades, and modifications, and make sure everything is properly documented — because yes, technology and structure go hand in hand.
This role offers you a varied set of tasks with a high level of responsibility. Of course, things don’t always go smoothly, but when you hit a roadblock, you can count on your team as well as our Controls department — also based in Geldermalsen — to support you.
Most of the time, you’ll be working from our office in Geldermalsen. But now and then, you might be called out to one of our customer locations to help solve an issue or provide on-site support.
You’ll be part of our friendly and dedicated Service & Support team, made up of PLC and IT Software Support Engineers. Together, you ensure that our customers stay happy with our smart sorting systems. We believe enjoying your work is just as important as achieving results — because when you’re having a good time, our customers will notice it too.
