Job description
As a Senior Application Manager at EuroSort, you will be responsible for managing our ERP application RidderiQ and all AutoDesk applications within the company. You will be the first point of contact for users and maintain direct communication with suppliers such as ECI and Cadac. Your role involves troubleshooting, performing software updates, and ensuring the smooth operation of these critical systems.
Beyond daily management, you will actively work on process improvements by submitting, testing, and implementing enhancement proposals while continuously refining work instructions in collaboration with key users. You will provide training to users, organize workshops, and support colleagues with technical guidance. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting and configuration by creating and optimizing templates, reports, and dashboards, as well as making adjustments to application settings when necessary.
Security and access management are also key aspects of this role, as you will oversee licenses, accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure a secure working environment. You will manage workflows and automations, monitor the job server, and configure and test new installations. Furthermore, maintaining strong relationships with application vendors will be essential for addressing technical challenges and driving software improvements.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a central part in optimizing and expanding EuroSort’s application landscape, contributing both strategically and operationally to the company’s success.
Job requirements
Completed HBO (Bachelor's degree) in ICT, Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
Relevant work experience in application management of an PDM system, preferably Vault Pro.
Knowledge of SQL databases; familiarity with ASL (Application Service Library) is a plus.
Ability to contribute strategically to application landscape and management.
Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Strong communication skills, analytical, persuasive, attentive listener, highly responsible, and independent.
Flexible with the ability to adapt quickly; enjoys acting as a central figure within the organization.
Able to translate needs into practical solutions.
Own transportation required.

Gross monthly salary between €5,000 - €6,000 (depending on knowledge and experience) plus a bonus scheme.
32 to 40-hour workweek with the option for remote work.
