Sr. Technical Writer

As a Senior Technical Writer at EuroSort, you are responsible for developing and managing various technical documentation for our advanced sorting systems. You will work closely with engineers from different disciplines, project managers, and the sales department to ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will ensure a structured delivery of necessary information from other departments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Structuring, designing, writing, and maintaining technical documentation, including user and maintenance manuals, test documentation, and training materials.

• Coordinating with different departments to gather the necessary technical information.

• Leading and mentoring fellow Technical Writers.

• Ensuring the timely delivery of accurate and readable documentation for various target audiences.

• Bachelor's level working and thinking ability, obtained through education and/or experience in a technical environment

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent writing skills in both Dutch and English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus

• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and understandable text for different audiences

• Experience with photo editing, graphic applications, and CAD systems

• Experience with CCMS; knowledge of Author-it is a strong plus

• Knowledge of CE certification
