In this role, you are responsible for preparing, coordinating, and supervising electrical installations on site. You ensure everything is in place before the project starts and remain involved
Job description
As an Electrical Installation Coordinator at Eurosort, you are responsible for the entire electrical installation process of our sorting systems, from the moment a project is sold through to commissioning at the customer site. You ensure that everything on site runs just as smoothly as it was designed on paper. In this role, you work closely with fixed external installation partners and freelancers who are responsible for cable routing, sensor installation, and system setup. You determine what is needed, how it should be executed, and safeguard quality by regularly being on site yourself.
You collaborate closely with project teams, engineers, and suppliers, ensuring that all information, materials, and personnel are available at the right time. In your role, you act as the link between the office and execution. You process project information in systems such as the ERP system Ridder iQ and Excel, monitor progress, and make adjustments where necessary. No project is the same, and you constantly switch between planning, coordinating, and problem-solving.
At Eurosort, you will be part of an informal organization where everyone can be themselves. Communication lines are short, colleagues support each other, and ownership is highly valued. You will have a high level of freedom and responsibility to ensure your projects are successful and will have a direct impact on the final result delivered to the customer.
What do we offer?
Salary between €4,000 and €5,000 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek)
A role with significant responsibility and challenge within an international and growing organization
A performance-based bonus scheme that can reach up to 150% of your monthly salary
30 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment)
Plenty of opportunities for both technical and personal development
Access to training courses and professional development programs
70% contribution to your pension
Laptop and phone (also available for personal use)
Working on challenging and diverse projects worldwide
A high degree of freedom and autonomy in organizing your work
Travel allowance (€0.23 per km for commuting, €0.36 per km for business travel)
Opportunity to travel internationally and support projects on site
Informal work environment with short communication lines and engaged colleagues
Direct impact on the final outcome of projects
What will you do?
