Als PLC Programmeur bij Eurosort ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, ontwikkelen, testen en implementeren van PLC sorteersoftware voor onze high-end sorteersystemen.
Job description
As a PLC Programmer at Eurosort, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, testing, and implementing PLC sorting software for our high-end sorting systems. You will work in a close-knit and experienced team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are key. Together with the PLC team, you will also take on R&D-related tasks, ensuring that your work remains varied and challenging.
You will be involved in both the development and implementation of software and provide technical support to the service department. This includes both remote and on-site support. Additionally, you will play an active role in drafting and maintaining documentation and contributing to system improvements.
Your Responsibilities
Developing and testing PLC software (Siemens TIA Portal, Step7);
Commissioning and testing sorting systems on-site;
Supporting aftersales and service (remote and on-site);
Drafting and maintaining project documentation;
Logging and coordinating incidents in JIRA;
Participating in the service hotline after internal training.
Job requirements
Bachelor's level of working and thinking in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Automation;
At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Step7);
Strong command of Dutch and English (German is a plus);
Possession of a valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel internationally;
Enthusiastic, creative, and customer-oriented;
