Job description

As Project Manager Continuous Improvement at Eurosort, you are responsible for making our organization work smarter, more efficiently, and future-proof. You will execute improvement projects from idea to implementation, which may involve new internal applications, process optimizations, or system integrations with impacts across multiple departments.

You will collaborate with colleagues within and outside the organization, analyze processes, engage with users, write improvement proposals, and ensure that changes are effectively implemented. From analysis to delivery, you will monitor progress, planning, quality, and communication. Once the project is live, you will ensure that everyone can work with it and continue to do so.

  • Executing and guiding internal improvement projects

  • Analyzing processes and practices across multiple departments

  • Developing improvement proposals focused on applications, processes, or programs

  • Monitoring project planning, progress, budget, and quality

  • Consulting with management and directors on new projects

  • Managing internal and external stakeholders

  • Providing internal communication and training on new processes or systems

  • Reporting on status and results to involved parties


You are part of the Internal Projects team and work alongside a Process Administrator. The team reports to the Head of Continuous Improvement.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in (technical) business administration or similar

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in process improvement

  • Experience in areas such as Continuous Improvement, Finance, Supply Chain, CAD, PDM, ERP, CTO, or Smart Industry

  • Proficient in Dutch and English

  • Strong communication, independence, and analytical skills

  • Ability to persuade and lead people through change
