Job description

As a QHSE Officer, you are the driving force behind quality, safety, and working conditions at Eurosort. You ensure that laws and regulations are not only met but are translated into practical, effective processes that are embraced across the organization.

You will seamlessly bridge operational and project-based work. On one hand, you improve and maintain the QHSE management system; on the other, you actively raise awareness and engagement throughout the organization. You identify risks, analyze deviations, and implement improvement actions.

In addition, you play a key role in managing and executing the Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) and coordinating the emergency response (BHV) organization. You collaborate closely with multiple departments and stakeholders, continuously seeking smarter, safer, and more efficient ways to structure processes.

At Eurosort, you’ll join an informal, open-minded organization where colleagues support each other, communication is straightforward, and ownership is valued. You will have significant freedom and responsibility to drive your projects to success and make a direct impact on the business.

  • Act as a point of contact for customers, authorities, and external auditors

  • Promote awareness and engagement for QHSE policies across the organization
