Job description

As a Sr. HR Advisor, you are the driving force behind our HR policy. You contribute at a strategic level and translate this strategy into tangible actions. You support managers with complex personnel issues and act as their trusted sparring partner. With your expertise in labor law and experience in talent development, you help our team grow and thrive.

You bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas, elevating our HR policy to new heights. You excel at optimizing HR processes and are not afraid to propose creative solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Coordinating onboarding, and drafting employment contracts.

  • Development: Conducting performance reviews, supporting personal development, and managing absenteeism.

  • Exit: Coordinating dismissal procedures, conducting exit interviews, and guiding outplacement.

You monitor labor market trends, develop talent management programs, and provide expert advice on HR policies and labor law issues.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.

  • Additional specialist HR courses.

  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in change management and project management.

  • Excellent communication skills and a coaching advisory style.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and relevant regulations.

  • Discreet in handling sensitive information.

  • Salary between €4,500 and €5,500 gross per month (depending on knowledge and experience).
