Job description

As a Senior HR Advisor, you are the driving force behind our HR policies. You think at a strategic level and translate this strategy into concrete actions. You guide managers through complex personnel issues and act as their trusted sparring partner. With your knowledge of labor law and experience in talent development, you help our team grow and thrive.

You bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas, elevating our HR policies to the next level. You know how to optimize HR processes and are not afraid to come up with creative solutions. Daily tasks:

  • Advising and supporting: You support and advise managers and employees on various HR-related issues.

  • Absenteeism management: You coordinate, register, advise, and support absenteeism and reintegration in accordance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter).

  • Labor law: You ensure correct guidance on labor law issues and provide advice in this area.

  • HR policy: Creating, assessing, assisting with, and rolling out regional HR policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Maintaining internal and external contacts: You liaise with external organizations such as the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency), occupational health services, and other departments.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.

  • Additional specialist HR courses.

  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in change management and project management.

  • Excellent communication skills and a coaching advisory style.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and relevant regulations.

  • Discreet in handling sensitive information.
