Job description
As a Business Developer, you are the driving force behind our sales engine. Your focus will be on generating new leads, reaching out to potential customers, and developing those initial contacts into serious business opportunities. You’ll work closely with our Sales Managers and the Marketing department to make it happen.
You’re not discouraged by a “no,” you ask the right questions, and you know exactly when to push forward. You have a great sense of timing and a sharp ear for what’s happening in the market. From your position, you’ll influence EuroSort’s commercial direction—both short- and long-term.
In addition to lead generation, you’ll conduct market research several times a year, looking into trends, customer needs, and emerging developments. The insights you gather help EuroSort determine whether we’re on the right path or need to make strategic adjustments.

A completed vocational (MBO) education, preferably with an affinity for technology and/or logistics
At least 1 year of experience in a commercial (B2B) role, preferably in material handling or capital goods
